This website is operated by Lutz Computer Services, LLC, a limited liability company of Lutz, Florida, United States ("we", "us").
This site is not an offer
Everything here is a description of services, not a quotation and not a contract. Nothing on this site creates an obligation on either of us. Work begins only under a separate written agreement that sets out scope, price and timescale, and that agreement takes precedence over anything said here.
The work shown
Case studies describe systems we built. Client names appear only where the relationship is already a matter of public record or the client has agreed to it. Screenshots, figures and operating data belonging to clients are not published — where an illustration was needed, it is drawn as a schematic and labelled as one.
Trade marks and product names belonging to others are used only to identify those products, and their use here implies no endorsement in either direction.
Accuracy
We keep this site accurate but do not warrant that it is free of error or continuously available. Technical descriptions are simplified by necessity; nothing here should be relied on as advice for your own situation without talking to us first.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Lutz Computer Services, LLC is not liable for any loss arising from use of this website, including any loss of profit, revenue or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Your submissions
When you use the contact form, please do not send confidential material, credentials, or anyone else's personal data. If a project needs that, we will agree a proper channel first. How your enquiry is handled is set out in the privacy notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and the courts of Florida have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this website.
