THH Bill of Lading
Paper bills of lading replaced by a system that prices, approves, bills and reports on every load.
Heavy haul is billed by the clock, and the clock is spread across pickup, loading, transit, unloading and sometimes three separate days. On paper that means a load can be delivered and never invoiced, or invoiced without the permits and escorts that were bought for it. Every load here is one record that carries its own times, its own charges and its own approval state, from the moment it is dispatched to the month it is closed.

What it does
Priced twice, on one record
Each load carries the customer rate and the driver payout side by side. Margin is therefore a property of the load itself, known when it is entered rather than reconstructed from two systems at month end.
The clock is the invoice
Start and end times across a multi-day job, load in and out, unload in and out. Hours are computed rather than remembered, and the fuel surcharge, permits, escorts and miscellaneous charges that get lost on paper are fields on the form.
A state, not a shoebox
Entered, acknowledged, ready to bill, closed — each with its own screen and its own edit rules. The dashboard counts every state, so a load stuck in the wrong one is visible now instead of at month end.
Everyone sees their own slice
Drivers see their loads and capture a signature at delivery. Billing sees what is ready to invoice. Management sees cash, payroll, driver and approval reporting, month against month and year against year.
Equipment moves and the asset register too
Relocations use their own form and approval path with e-mailed notifications, and the same login carries the company IT asset register — machines, printers, monitors, phones and scales, with photographs.
Shipped, then kept shipping
